My physical well-being I would rate at an 8 still a work in progress but definitely showing improvement. My spiritual well-being is at an 8 as well very on track with my thoughts and feelings spiritually.
My psychological well-being is at a 6 lots of work and still a daily effort is required this is results from being unhappy at work with coworkers, stress with not enough time in the day, and being drained of energy.
Physically my goal is to put more time into my strength training, it is important to me to increase my physical strength and gain muscle.
Spiritually my goal is to have more faith.
Psychologically my goal is to be happier and reduce the amount of stress I allow into my life.
Activities I can introduce into my life are more exercising time pushing harder to achieve my strength, let go of things I can not control, believe in things more often and just enjoy my day.
I enjoyed the relaxation exercise the man's voice was soft and my whole body felt very light. It was beneficial to me today because I have felt very tensed and now surprising I feel better.

ReplyDeleteI think your activities are a pretty good start, but are there any things that you could do that are more specific? What I do to make myself leave the day's stress behind is to take a bath with my favorite bath salts and try to just enjoy that experience and be mindful of all of the sensations of taking a bath. It's incredibly relaxing. Or getting myself a cup of my favorite coffee before I go into work. It's little things like that that I try to work in my day to make me more level-headed. Maybe you should find something like that that you enjoy and make sure to work it in every day!
And how would you work on having more faith? What kinds of activities can you do to help you in that?
